Friday July 12th

Welcome Party

We are excited to invite our guests to Gather Greene on Friday evening to get together and greet Alex and Chris ahead of the big day! The Welcome Party will take place on Gather Greene’s North Field from 8pm–10pm. Beer and wine will be served along with a delicious summer treat! We encourage guests to carpool as parking spaces are limited. The dress code is casual.

Ceremony

The day is here! Alex and Chris welcome guests to Gather Greene to celebrate their wedding.

Please arrive at 3:30pm as our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

The dress code is cocktail attire with bright colors encouraged! For those with footwear questions, the ceremony will take place among the trees at a wooded site with a gravel path, and the reception under a pavilion with a hard floor.

Most shuttles are leaving around 3pm, see below for your lodging pick-up details

    • 2:45pm - Pick Up at Hudson Whaler

    • 3:05pm - Pick Up at Stewart House

    • 3:30pm - Drop off at Gather Greene

  • Guests staying at Holiday Inn Express:

    • 3:00pm - Pick Up at Holiday Inn Express West Coxsackie

    • 3:30pm - Drop off at Gather Greene

  • Guests staying at Best Western & Holiday Inn Express (Later Shuttle):

  • Please Note: If you are staying at a local AirBnb and would like to take advantage of the shuttle transportation we are recommending that you drive and park at the James Newbury Hotel located at 60 S River St, Coxsackie, NY.
