Our venue is an approximate three-hour drive north of New York City and an approximate three-hour drive west of Boston.

Traveling by Train

There is a train stop in Hudson, NY, nearby our venue. Amtrak provides an approximate two-hour train ride from Penn Station to Hudson Station.

Traveling by Plane

The nearest airport is Albany International Airport which is a 45-minute drive from the venue. Newark International, LaGuardia International, and JFK International are all around a 3-hour drive away.

Transportation to and from the Venue

Shuttles will be provided from The Stewart House, The James Newbury Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and Best Western. More information will be provided as the wedding date approaches.

We encourage our guests to book sooner rather than later, as the area is a popular travel destination.

Room Blocks

A beautiful, historic hotel right in the heart of nearby Athens. We have reserved the entire Stewart House for our wedding guests. It features views overlooking the Hudson River, the 1883 Tavern, and breakfast is included for guests. To book a room, call 518-444-8317 or email hotel@stewarthouse.com and reference the “Lardaro-Giorgio Wedding”. You will need to include the number of your room preference upon booking. Prices range from $299–$399/night with a two-night minimum booking.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites, West Coxsackie

James Newbury Hotel, Coxsackie
